The MMGY has been established to provide a robust platform for collaboration with global hospitality industry's host such as Airbnb, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, and others. Our mission is to support newcomers in the hospitality industry, helping them enhance their businesses and guiding them toward success.

Our services include assisting host in managing buyer inquiries and efficiently handling their orders. By utilizing the MMGY, we empower host to attract more guests through improved star ratings and refined scoring criteria for their residence in their respective markets. Our proprietary end-to-end solution is designed to optimize the operation of online retail businesses, ensuring a seamless and effective experience for both hosts and guests.

1.0 Interpretation

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or upgrading your order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you will not be able to use or access this website. If you have any questions about these terms and conditions before upgrading your order, please contact our customer service team 7 days a week.

2.0 Responsibilities of Agents

2.1 Each Agent must complete at least 3 set of evaluations in order to receive the bonus we award.

2.2 Agents can reset once a day with a minimum balance of 50 on their account. Agents can boost a maximum of 3 sets of evaluations per day.

2.3 Early termination of orders is not allowed as this will result in a break in the collection of sales data.

2.4 Agents are not allowed to publish or post any false information on any type of social media. We reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

2.5 Compliance with legal obligations (compliance with our legal obligations)

2.6 Dealing with claims and complaints and seeking resolution (legal rights and legal claims)

2.7 Agent cannot quit in the middle of a task after it has been started so as not to negatively impact the merchant, and must complete a set of tasks in order to withdraw funds from the account.

3.0 Any advertising agency or digital media or internet service provider in connection with the Programme.

3.1 By participating in the Program, you undertake that all information you submit is true, accurate, current and complete. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility.

3.2 If we know or have reasonable grounds to believe at the time of registration that you are not eligible to participate in the Program, we reserve the right to disqualify you and select an alternative merchandise reviewer.

4.0 Our Liability

4.1 We are not responsible for any interruption or interference with or receipt of entries due to technical failures or traffic congestion on the internet or any website, or any combination of these, or any other person's equipment in connection with or resulting from participation in or downloading of any material from the website.

4.2 We are not responsible for any defamatory material, infringement of the intellectual property rights of any third party or other unlawful material in your entry.

5.0 Publicity and your personal data

5.1 We reserve the right to use and introduce your username for promotional purposes and/or in connection with our advertising, promotional or marketing activities as described in our ratings and reviews, terms and conditions.

5.2MMGY knows that you are concerned about how information about you is used and shared and we appreciate the trust you place in us to do so in a discreet and reasonable manner. All information we collect will be subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection, use of information and the purposes for which we use such data. You understand that by entering the Program, MMGY will collect and use your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, which includes sharing information with vendors who assist with the Site and promotional activities.

6.0 Other Important Terms

6.1 Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to any matter concerning the Program.

6.2 If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, all other parts of these terms will remain unaffected and will remain in force. For the avoidance of doubt, if these Terms or any part of them are held to be invalid or voidable, this will not affect the validity of any assignment of rights under these Terms.

6.3 We intend to rely on these written terms and any documents expressly referred to therein in relation to the subject matter of any contract between us. We and you will be legally bound by these Terms.

6.4 You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms.

6.5 If you breach these Terms and we choose to ignore your breach, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms again.

6.6 These Terms do not create any rights enforceable by a person who is not a party to them.

7.0 Governing Law And Jurisdiction

7.1 The Website and these Terms are governed by Federal Law and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United States.

7.2 We make no representation that materials relating to the Website are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to those materials from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited. If you access the Website from outside of the United States or Canada, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
